Joy Rohadfox
Joy serves as the key driver for RCCSC’s strategic direction. She maintains overall managerial responsibility for Rohadfox Construction Control Services Corporation. Her broad background in marketing and the administration of construction projects provide her with the ability to successfully assemble and direct team efforts specifically tailored to meet the requirements of any given project.

Her management activities for development projects have given her the ability to handle the functional considerations of a facility, while at the same time, emphasizing on the project’s economic feasibility. Her expertise has included evaluation of the financial objectives of projects, in addition to, orchestrating contractual relationships; staffing, budgeting; labor negotiations; scheduling workloads projections; and personnel administration- all leading to successful plant start-up and operation
